South West Companies Urged To Invest More In Job Creation

Peter EFANDE / Cameroon-Tribune   The Minister of Employment and Vocational Training has been to four companies in the region.   The objective to create 350,000 jobs in 2015 as instructed by President Paul Biya, was a recurrent theme during a two-day working visit to the South West Region by the Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, Zacharie Perevet. Seed Processing: Muyuka Gets FCFA 70 Million Maize Machine

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development inaugurated the unit last Thursday urging farmers to use the facility to increase production. The agrarian population of Muyuka (Fako Division) through their Mayor, Nkeng Michael Akamin, has expressed thanks and loyalty to President Paul Biya for offering them a FCFA 70 million corn seed processing unit, the first of its kind in the entire South West Region. South West: FEICOM Funds 150 Projects in 31 Councils
