FCFA 3 billion to construct Cameroon-Congo interstate University

Construction works on the Cameroon - Congo interstate University in Sangmelima have been launched by a team of officials from the Ministry of Higher Education. The starter of construction was given after a site visit of the two hectare piece of land to host the interstate university at the Congwet neighborhood in Samgmelima in the South Region of Cameroon. Kribi Deep Seaport Project:Magnificent Infrastructure Ready For Use

Equipment for the functioning of a port are already available in Kribi ahead of effective takeoff.   The Kribi Deep Seaport in Mboro, some 35 km from the headquarters of the Ocean Division of the South Region, is technically fit for use. The constructor, China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) is done with all works on the edifice and the imposing infrastructure is now ready to receive vessels of all sizes. Sangmelima Referral Hospital Is Operational!

Work is going on full circle at the Category 2 health structure in the South Region. Work is almost complete at the Sangmelima Regional Hospital, SRH, in the Dja and Lobo Division of the South Region. Construction on the six-hectare land in the forest of Bitom neighbourhood was launched on December 13, 2007, and was due 18 months. As time elapsed, nothing seemed to be happening.
